Comprehensive Hike Reviews
My first hiking adventure dawned on a crisp, bright autumn day in 2011. I was about to "tramp" (as the kiwis say) the 3-day Routeburn Track in the stunning Otago district, South Island, New Zealand, with one of my best friends, Bob. We were beginners, novices, amateurs – but we made up for our lack of experience with overzealous enthusiasm and extraordinarily above average organizational and planning skills.
The Routeburn Track went down in history as the hike that would hook us for a lifetime.

Fast forward to 2020. . . still hiking and documenting, still hooked. Happy trails!
